It’s been awhile since we took a trip to Disney World in Orlando, FL last March. All members of my family had ever been to Disney World in their whole life. As a child, I thought I would like to be there once but I never imagined it will become true!
Obviously, it was for my kid, Julian. Initially, we thought he will be too little to truely enjoy Disney World. He was only 3 and 1/2 years old, and it was impossible for us to imagine he’ll have a good time there. But, we wanted to try since all of us were so sick of Canadian winter.
What a pleasant surprise! He was totally excited to see all these characters (from the Disney DVDs he’s watching) in person and try out some rides! (He really liked the tram running from the parking lot to the main entrance, and of course, “Flying Dumbo”.)
For our 4-day at Disney World, Julian was having so much fun there. Actually, we had to go to Animal Kingdom twice since he liked the “Safari” so much! It was a totally awesome experience for my family.
Now, we are thinking of doing this every year or every other year. Disney World is indeed a whold different world, and it was a good experience having fun there without worrying about a thousand things in our “real world”.
I highly recommend anyone who have little kids to have a visit to the Disney World!
i totally agree that anyone who has a little kid even with big kid like myself, will have a great time there. We Canadians do need to get away from the winter,right?
